If your organization is entitled to Risk Scoring, you can add Diligent Risk Model Auto-Score and/or Diligent SME-Score and Gap Analysis when you request a Diligent VQQ. Diligent reviews the findings and publishes a score. You see that published snapshot — not a live draft — on the questionnaire and in your lists.
How to add it on a request
- Open Request New VQQ (or the VQQ section of Request New Vendor).
- After Additional Details, use Add-Ons → Risk Scoring & Gap Analysis.
- Check Auto-Score, SME-Score, both, or neither. Only modes your organization is entitled to appear.
Custom VQQs do not use Risk Scoring.
What you'll see after Diligent publishes
- A Risk Summary column on My VQQs and My Documents with the published band, percentage, and finding counts
- On VQQ Details, the tab is Questionnaire & Risk Analysis. Before first publish it reads Questionnaire, with analysis pending Diligent review
- A Risk Model badge and the published findings next to the responses
Exports
Once the VQQ is Complete and Diligent has published, Export includes Responses + Risk Analysis Excel and PDF. Until then you only see the standard Responses export.
Your own custom risk model
You can author a custom risk model for a Diligent template (Impact / Likelihood / Detectability overlays). It applies only to your organization's VQQs of that template. You do not edit Diligent's default model.
