Description: You can view your entire RFI request history in the My RFIs tab.  

Search: The search bar will filter and find matches on the Vendor, Name, and Template Fields

Sorting: The Vendor, name, request date, and release date fields are all sortable. The grid is sorted by Request Date descending by default.

Questionnaire Naming Convention:  [Vendor_Name] - [Template_Name] - [MMM YYYY] - [City, State].  The location information will only be appended to the questionnaire name if the Vendor has multiple locations registered.  Example: Diligent Pharma - Core RFI - JUL 2025 - Hazleton, Pennsylvania

Filters:  The RFI grid can be filtered by Vendor, Status and Template Names.

Action Menu: To view the details of an RFI request select the View action menu item.
