Vendors can complete an eligible Diligent VQQ by reusing approved responses they already submitted for another sponsor. Those requests land as Complete — you don't fill anything out, and you are notified as usual.

What you'll see

• An Autoreleased badge next to Complete on VQQ Details and on My VQQs
• A native, read-only questionnaire on the Responses tab (section navigation and every question type)
• Request Remediation still available in the footer
• GxP shown as a badge next to the title, not inside the title text

When Autorelease is used

Autorelease is only for Diligent templates when the vendor has a matching prior submission less than one year old and the template has not been updated since. Custom VQQs, and Diligent VQQs that don't meet those rules, still go through the usual accept-and-fill flow.
