When you receive a new Diligent VQQ and you recently completed the same template for a different sponsor, you can send those approved responses in one step instead of filling the questionnaire again.
How to Autorelease
- Open the pending Diligent VQQ from VQQ Requests.
- Review the Last Submitted Responses tab. If you have more than one matching past submission, pick the segment to use (the location that matches the new request is selected when possible).
- In the page header, choose Autorelease. Confirm that the prior responses are still accurate for this sponsor.
You can still choose Accept Questionnaire + Update Responses or Cancel Request from the same menu.
When Autorelease appears
You'll see it on Diligent templates that are still waiting to be accepted (Sent, Not Sent, or In Review), when your matching prior Complete submission is less than one year old and the template has not been updated since you submitted it. Custom VQQs always use the standard Accept button.
After it's Complete
The Responses tab shows a native, read-only view of the questionnaire with your submitted answers.
Where to find it
VQQ Requests → eligible pending Diligent VQQ → Autorelease in the page header.
