The autofill capability is a powerful way to automatically respond to questionnaires. The technology leverages your past and historical answers stored and approved in your Knowledge Base to match and find responses.

There are two types of autofill answers. The first is an exact match which equates to a directly 1-to-1 mapping of an answer you supplied in the past on another questionnaire.

The second type of autofill answer uses generative AI. Diligent Respond will semantically search through your past answers and documents and derive an answer when an exact match is not found. The output will only search your private responses in your Knowledge Base and will not search the public internet.
