Access your documents using the link highlighted in Diligent Respond below.  From there click the Add button.

Drag and drop a file and ensure the Attachable to Questionnaires and Add to Knowledge Base settings are toggled on (This is the default setting).  From there, the auto fill will search your documents and attempt to match questionnaires to content you have uploaded in your document vault.
