Withing the Responses tab in the RFI details page, you will need to approval all questions before submitting to a Sponsor. You can select and approve all questions in the RFI in bulk, select all questions at the section level and approve or you can approve question by question.  The highlighted sections below outline the RFI level, section level and question level approval approaches.

Once all questions have been reviewed and approved click the '' Submit '' button highlighted below.
