Description: There are a few ways in which you can download and export a completed RFI.
- My RFIs: From the My RFI screen (360.diligentpharma.com/RFI/History) you will be able to export all completed RFI into various formats. Among them include direct to excel and pdf. You can also export the package which would include excel or pdf and all support documents uploaded.
2. RFI Details Page: From the My RFI page, select the '' View Details '' option from the action menu of any completed RFI. From there, the '' Select export option... '' dropdown will display the four options highlighted in option 1 above.
3. Document Library (Legacy RFIs): For completed legacy RFIs (posted to document library prior to 9/30/2025) - You can download responses in RFI or PDF format.
