Description: To access an assessments reports (Draft, Final and Observation) navigate to your My Assessments page (https://360.diligentpharma.com/Assessment/History) and select an audit that has one of the 3 reports delivered.

From the Assessment Details page, you can chose download the audit package by clicking the Download All button or an individual report (Draft, Final, Observation) from the Report container on the right side of the screen. In the example below, this assessment is complete and has both a draft and final report available for download.
