Description: Sponsors have the ability to add new Vendor to the Diligent360 platform. This will allow you to send both RFI questionnaires and Audit requests.

To create a new Vendor: Name, Main Contact Name, Email, and Primary Address are all required. Vendor URL and Additional Addresses are optional fields.

Note: Diligent360 integrates with Google Places for address/location validation.

RFI Request: RFI requests can be made in the new Vendor form. To send over questionnaires as part of the onboarding process, select the Request for Information checkbox and complete the form.

Audit Request: Audit requests can be made in the new Vendor form. To request an Audit of the Vendor as part of the onboarding process, select the '' Audit Request '' checkbox and complete the form.
