Library Documents tab on Manage Org

Manage Sponsor Org now has a Library Documents tab: one place to see the documents tied to your organization.

What appears

A card shows when:

  • You requested the document from the Document Library (including Request Access on an Upcoming library VQA)
  • You started a Diligent VQQ that has a library card
  • You started a custom VQQ (custom VQQs are not on the public Library)
  • You commissioned an assessment and Diligent has added a library card (Upcoming or Published)

Status on the card is your request status: Pending, Released, or Cancelled. An Upcoming library VQA you requested shows as Pending.

What does not appear

Library documents you never requested, Diligent VQQs with no library card, assessments that exist only as a My Assessments request, or a report released to you that was never added to the Library.
